The Graduate Design Engineer role
As part of the McAlpine Design Group team, you will be involved in the temporary works design across multiple projects.
As part of joining us as a Graduate you will get to:
1. Be on a 2-year structured Graduate development programme – involving gaining a recognised qualification, developing your skills through experiential learning, and gaining technical knowledge
2. Have support in working towards chartered status

Your profile:
7. A degree or Masters qualification in Engineering or a related field
8. Work experience, ideally in the discipline of interest (desirable)
9. A passion for problem solving and ‘thinking outside the box'
10. An interest to continue learning and developing yourself
11. A full driving licence (desirable)
