Location: Redhill, Surrey - Community based role with some remote working
Contract: Permanent, Full Time 37.5 hours Monday-Friday
Salary: £30,994 per annum
Role Overview:
We are seeking an IPS Employment Specialist to support the delivery of the IPS contract to a reduced caseload of clients, working alongside the drug and alcohol treatment service. Establishing and maintaining positive and integrated relationships, fostering a holistic approach to recovery through employment.
**This is a community based role and the majority of the week will be based in Redhill Drug and Alcohol Advisory services - driver essential with access to own vehicle**
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a reduced caseload of clients, providing intensive, personalised employment support in line with the IPS model
* Support clients to identify job goals, strengths, and aspirations, and develop realistic employment plans
* Deliver rapid job search support, including CV development, interview preparation, and job applications
* Engage proactively with local employers to identify suitable job opportunities and promote inclusive hiring
* Build and maintain strong relationships with drug and alcohol treatment teams to ensure integrated support
* Provide ongoing in-work support to help clients sustain employment
* Maintain accurate records and meet performance targets in line with contract requirements
* Travel within the community to meet clients and employers as required
