Chief Digital & Transformation Officer (CDTO)
WRK digital has exclusively partnered with Right Legal Group in the search for a Chief Digital & Transformation Officer (CDTO).
Reporting to the founder and CEO, this is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded individual to drive growth via technology. Right Legal Group are one of the largest Wills and Probate companies in the country. They have grown rapidly in a short space of time and have a lot more that they want to achieve!
Backed by a private equity firm they have an aggressive growth agenda which is underpinned by technology. My client values in person interactions, hybrid / 3 days per week onsite – if you are local 5 days per week would be great!
We are looking for a candidate who has outstanding communication skills to engage the SLT and drive business transformation projects. You will have a proven ability to translate complex technical and security risks into clear business language and compelling investment cases for non-technical partners and stakeholders.
You will direct the following functions:
* Business Transformation & Process Excellence
* IT Operations & Infrastructure
* Information Security and Digital Risk Management
Please be aware that the team is small therefore this is a role which will be required to get close to the details.
You will be a proven leader of IT (CTO/ CIO / CDO) ideally within the professional services sector (not essential). You will have strong commercial acumen to manage large budgets & 3rd party suppliers & technology vendors. You will bring to the table prior experience of leading business wide process re‑engineering and digital transformation initiatives. You will possess an expert level knowledge of data protection and information security standards.
Any expertise in establishing and enforcing a formal, robust change‑control framework and Project Management Office (PMO) for governing both technical and business process changes would be highly desirable.
