Mainly remote with occasional travel for practice visits and quarterly team meetings in Bristol.
The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Technical Training Consultant to design, develop, and deliver high-quality training solutions for our IT applications, including Dentally, ICMS/CUPS, Lab systems, CRM, and more. This role is ideal for someone with a background in healthcare or dental services, instructional design, and IT training.
Responsibilities
Design & Develop Training Materials
Create engaging and effective training resources such as:
* Bite-sized instructional videos
* Lesson plans for both remote and face-to-face sessions
Deliver Engaging Training Sessions
* Facilitate interactive online and in-person training sessions tailored to diverse learner needs.
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
* Work closely with product owners and SMEs to ensure training content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with business goals.
Evaluate and Improve Training Effectiveness
* Use feedback, assessments, and performance data to measure training impact and continuously enhance learning experiences.
Experience/Skills
· Excellent presentation and communication skills.
· Strong organisational and time management abilities.
· High attention to detail and quality.
· Ability to adapt training to various learning styles and technical proficiencies.
· Understanding of instructional design principles.
· Proficiency with training tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Articulate, or similar platforms.
· Experience in Dental/Healthcare, Training and Instructional Design, or Information Technology.
· Proven experience as a Training Consultant, Learning Designer, or in a similar role advantageous.
· Familiarity with dental or healthcare environments is highly desirable.
