RG Consultancy are working with a logistics business based in Crewe who are recruiting an Accounts Administrator to join their small finance team. You will work with and report into the Accounts Manager on a daily basis

Role Responsibilities
* Process payments and download cash receipts accurately and on time
* Post receipts and payments to the correct accounts and allocate them appropriately.
* Ensure payments and receipts are reported to the correct departments promptly.
* Keep financial records accurate and up to date
* Maintain an organised digital filing system to support audits and easy document retrieval
* Assist team with other accounts tasks, especially when deadlines are tight
* Provide flexible support across the banking team as needed
* Follow company procedures and ensure work meets internal control requirements
Person Specification
* At least 1+ years' experience working in an accounts admin or similar role
* Strong IT skills and experience using SAP would be an advantage
* Working with multi currency would be an advantage
* AAT qualified or working towards would be an advantage but not essential
