Position Details
This is a permanent, full-time hybrid role with a focus on remote work. Occasional travel to the office may be required based on project needs.
Role Overview
We seek a highly analytical and systems-savvy Senior Finance Systems Analyst to lead financial process transformation at Civica. Reporting to the Finance Transformation Director, you will implement and optimize finance systems, working closely with senior finance stakeholders to streamline and automate processes.
Your responsibilities include supporting Lead-to-Cash system rollouts, ensuring smooth integration with existing finance operations, identifying process improvements, managing data reconciliation, and enhancing automation and reporting capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support implementation and ongoing enhancement of scalable finance systems.
2. Partner with senior finance stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
3. Design and develop financial models and reports for decision-making, revenue optimization, and cost reduction.
4. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide post-implementation support.
5. Manage data reconciliation and system interlocks for data accuracy across platforms.
This role requires a proactive, analytical mindset, and a passion for leveraging technology to improve financial processes. You will work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Minimum Requirements
* Strong understanding of management accounting and experience with finance systems.
* Proven experience in finance transformation, including UAT, reconciliations, and reporting improvements.
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (macros, lookups, formulas) and experience with NetSuite or similar systems.
* Knowledge of FP&A processes and systems.
* Strong communication skills to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities.
* Proactive problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
