You'll oversee analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive performance improvement. What you'll be doing
* Oversee development and delivery of performance reporting, dashboards, and data products.
* Deliver high-quality analytics and insight to support strategic and tactical decisions.
* Lead and develop a team responsible for analytics and report development.
* Liaise with stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate progress.
* Maintain oversight of data integrity and quality control.
* Champion performance insights across Water Recycling and the wider business.
What does it take to be an Operational Insight Manager?
* Educated to degree level or equivalent in a performance or strategic specialism.
* Significant experience in operational or management roles.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate across diverse teams.
* Comfortable dealing with complexity and creating clarity from ambiguity.
