The Position
They are seeking an Account Manager who can:
1. Maintain, develop, and build customer relationships with their existing client base. You would be allocated multiple accounts, so this role is not purely cold sales.
2. Generate new business and expand the customer base.
3. Manage customer accounts, prioritising engagement and communication.
4. Coordinate with technical and leadership teams to develop optimal solutions for clients.
Experience
* Experience in Managed Services or Reseller space is ideal but not essential; SaaS or general IT Sales experience is also considered.
* Exposure to technologies such as Dell, Citrix, Veeam, and Microsoft is highly beneficial, especially if you are certified.
* Flexible working arrangements are available, with 2 days per week in Derby.
* Excellent vendor-based training schemes are provided.
