Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development & Marketing Manager to lead client acquisition, build strong partnerships, and drive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing, media production services, and strategic business development. This role involves identifying new opportunities, building long‑term client relationships, and developing marketing strategies that support the company’s expansion.
The position also requires regular travel to meet clients, attend business meetings, and build partnerships across the region and wider UK market.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities for video production, digital marketing, branding, and web development services
* Generate leads and convert prospects into long‑term clients
* Travel to meet potential and existing clients to present services and build strong relationships
* Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase company revenue
* Work closely with the creative and digital teams on campaigns, promotions, and client projects
* Build partnerships with local businesses, organisations, and agencies
* Coordinate collaborations with influencers, content creators, and media platforms
* Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and industry opportunities
* Monitor sales performance and recommend strategies to improve growth
* Promote services including commercial video production, brand storytelling, podcast production, live streaming, and social media content creation
* Support new project launches and client onboarding processes
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing, sales, or business development
* Experience within digital marketing agencies, media companies, or creative industries preferred
* Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and online advertising
* Proven ability to identify opportunities and generate new business
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
* Strong market research and strategic planning abilities
* Ability to manage partnerships and client accounts effectively
* Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend meetings when required
* Full UK driving licence required
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
* Experience in IT infrastructure solutions, live streaming, or digital media production is an advantage
