CITRIX Sales Strategist – Citrix CSA
Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS), a part of Arrow Electronics, delivers innovative IT solutions to solve business challenges and provides value-added distribution, business consulting and channel enablement services.
What Will You Be Doing At Arrow
* Market & Growth Strategy
o Conduct market analysis to identify expansion opportunities, reduce churn and sign new logos
o Assess competitive landscape and buyer behavior to inform positioning and differentiation
o Develop market entry strategies, including target accounts, sales motions, and partnership models
o Collaborate with Product and Marketing to align offerings with market needs
* Strategic Sales Planning
o Partner with Sales Leadership to set multi-year revenue growth potential
o Create GTM frameworks and playbooks tailored to priority segments
o Recommend new services, sales channels or ecosystem plays
* Execution & Enablement
o Translate strategy into actionable plans and programs
o Coordinate with program managers, product managers and pricing directors to implement prioritised initiatives
o Support regional and vertical leadership in executing expansion strategies
o Align with Marketing to enable campaigns that support different sales initiatives (new logos, expansion, churn avoidance)
* Analytics & Insights
o Develop success metrics and dashboards to track initiative performance
o Track ROI of initiatives and adjust strategies as needed
What Are We Looking For
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Strategy, or related field (MBA preferred)
* 10+ years of experience in sales strategy, corporate strategy, business development, or management consulting
* Proven track record of driving market expansion or new GTM initiatives
* Strong analytical skills with experience in market sizing, competitive intelligence, and financial modeling
* Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
* Ability to collaborate across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Finance teams
* Experience in a high-growth or expansion-stage environment is a plus
