The Opportunity
This is a role for someone who wants more than just another step.
You’ll join a Dispute Resolution team, working closely with a recognised Commercial Litigation Partner on:
* Complex, high‑value disputes
* Multi‑jurisdictional matters
* Strategically significant client issues
You won’t sit on the sidelines — you’ll take ownership, shape strategy, and build real client relationships.
What You’ll Do
* Complex commercial contract disputes
* Shareholder and corporate disputes
* Injunctions and urgent applications
* Cross‑border and multi‑jurisdictional matters
* Insolvency‑related and regulatory disputes
* Run matters from initial instruction through to resolution
* Work directly with clients, directors, and stakeholders
* Contribute to strategy on high‑value disputes
* Support and mentor junior lawyers as you progress
