The R ole Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing EMEA, this role is to deliver on our ambitious growth targets in our home market of the UK. The role of the Marketing Manager is to develop the awareness and growth of Brompton in the UK region, t hrough a n omnichannel approach. This would involve driving brand presence, demand and trial amongst a broader range of prospective customers, while locali s ing the global marketing strategy. This role will take ownership of the marketing plans across the UK and should consider the full marketing mix. We are looking for someone with a commercial mindset, who is a cross-cultural communicator and a cross-functional team collaborator who can help to elevate our marketing efforts in the region. This role will be a key partner across the other commercial functions, global retail junction, e-commerce, sales and sales operations, customer service, planning, finance, and our regional leadership team. Measures of success Co-creation and execution of the M arketing strategy in the UK, informed by market insights On time and effective delivery of all marketing campaig ns Achievement of marketing objectives across each region (including brand awareness / positioning, elevating DTC, retail activation linked to accreditation program implementation, and community engagement) Support delivery of regional commercial targets Key Responsibilities UK Marketing Plan & Market Development Plan In conjunction with key stakeholders, co- lead development of the marketing strategy, annual budget, calendar roadmap through localisation of global campaigns and the creation of local marketing activation s. Identify and execute marketing campaigns across appropriate marketing channels to reach target audience in the UK ( including performance & digital marketing, content marketing, owned & earned media ). Collaborate and partner with the broader EMEA Marketing Team with implementation of the regional marketing calendar through locali s ation of global campaigns. Identify opportunities for content marketing initiatives; collaborate with in-house teams to brief in content requests for regions. Identify opportunities for local brand collaborations and business development together with key stakeholders in the business. Liaise with third parties as, such as PR agency, media agency, freelancer and VM suppliers, etc. Where relevant, work closely with Global Events team to plan and coordinate events. Measure performance against KPIs for the region, and continuously strive to improve ROI Conduct market analysis and deeper market and consumer research to identify insights and Brompton’s competitive advantage in key territories. Apply these learnings to develop your marketing strategy and campaigns for your region. Local Omnichannel Activation Work closely with sales & market team s to strengthen and grow key retail accounts business es by developing and execut ing on joint marketing plans both online and instore Increase visibility and engagement of Brompton in retail/trade network Support the implementation and effectiveness of the Accreditation Program across the region Work closely with e-commerce team to support e-commerce launches and continue growth of channels – through paid media, SEO support, localised content, CRM. Liaise with global media agency to execute local marketing plans. Localise Brompton Junction marketing plans for our flagship store in Covent Garden and collaborate with Junction HQ team to support the ongoing growth through retail campaigns/POS, community marketing and exciting in-store events schedule. Brief in local requirements for marketing activities (including translation, POS, sales assets, and campaign elements, etc ). Incorporate B rompton B ike H ire, Brompton S ubscription and B2B sales in opportunities to drive engagement, market development and conversion to purchase. Additional duties Budget Management – co-ownership of the management and reporting of marketing budget. Where required, manage invoicing, P urchase Orders and records of budget costs. Reporting – support with monthly reporting to management on EMEA marketing activities. This role will require travel within your region to support marketing activities, events and gather local insights. Experience Essential: Marketing experience, ideally within retail marketing area Experience coordinating multi-site marketing activities Fluent in English. Desirable: Experience with event coordination, especially retail community events Experience working and managing marketing agencies and freelancers Experienced with VM and POS creation and ordering E xperience working within a premium lifestyle brand Knowledge of UK retail landscape.
