Responsibilities include:

* Ensuring an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high standards in food preparation and safety.
* Managing kitchen standards, including health and safety, financial performance, stock control, and labour costs.
* Building a coaching culture within your team, focusing on recruitment and ongoing development.
* Problem-solving and making quick, informed decisions.

* Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fast-paced environment.

* Proven ability to maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness.
