We have a variety of roles available across different teams, including:
* Community-Based Treatment Services: Provide assessments, coordinate treatment, and deliver structured psycho-social interventions to help individuals develop the skills needed for lasting change.
* Homeless Outreach Provision: Target homeless individuals with flexible outreach responses, supporting those who are sleeping rough or living in temporary accommodation.
* Criminal Justice Rehabilitation/Recovery Services: Collaborate with Probation Services, Prisons, and Police to offer tailored support for recovery and rehabilitation.

Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Recovery Worker, you’ll act as a ‘key worker’ for a caseload of service users, guiding them in setting and achieving their treatment goals. Your responsibilities will include:
* Maintaining regular contact with clients to provide advice, information, and psycho-social interventions.
* Conducting assessments and risk management planning.
* Collaborating closely with clinical staff and partner agencies to address prescribing needs.
No two days will be the same! You’ll need to communicate effectively with a diverse range of service users and colleagues, manage multiple tasks, and embody the values of Turning Point. Whether you have lived experience of substance use, mental health, or homelessness, or simply a passion for supporting others, we have a role for you!
