About the Role

Due to a recent promotion, we are seeking a General Operative to join our team. As a General Operative your main duties will include being part of a Repairs and Maintenance team, completing a wide spectrum of duties including fitting curtains, blinds, door handles, painting, leaking waste pipes, replace light bulbs, check smoke alarms and agree to training where required in, cleaning and waste collection whilst always delivering the best-in-class customer service and satisfying all safety, quality and cost control standards.
we have recently started a new inspection programme to inspect property's on a monthly basis and carry out small repairs when reported, you will be trained to use our PDA forms system to complete inspections and log and repairs
