Salary
£16,125 per Annum
Responsibilities
* Cook using fresh seasonal ingredients at volume.
* Manage kitchen operations and oversee team.
* Ensure service runs smoothly and due diligence is adhered to.
* Liaise directly with onsite clients.
Qualifications & Experience
* Experienced Cook/Chef Manager with strong cooking and people‑management skills.
* Experience managing kitchen staff.
* Ability to work with fresh seasonal ingredients.
