The Opportunity
Capital Partners | Institutional Relations Partners | Regional Heads | Head of Capital Formation
As Quatromine continues to expand internationally, we are seeking a select number of senior professionals to help build and lead our global capital formation efforts.
This is a genuinely global opportunity. We welcome applications from individuals regardless of location who bring strong investor relationships, regional networks and a demonstrated ability to convert relationships into outcomes. We are particularly interested in people who have successfully raised capital before and are looking for an entrepreneurial platform where they can combine autonomy, ownership and long-term participation, while helping build and lead an organisation alongside an experienced team.
For exceptional candidates with broad institutional experience and leadership capabilities, there is also an opportunity to help shape and lead Quatromine's Capital Formation and Institutional Relations function as the platform evolves.
For the right people, this is an opportunity to help shape the future of the firm rather than simply participate in it.
This is not an entry-level investor relations role. It is designed for experienced practitioners who know what it takes to build trust, originate opportunities and bring capital to the table.
About Quatromine
Quatromine is an investment group dedicated to building better investments.
Across thematic private markets, we combine active development, operational expertise and institutional discipline to create long-term value through private market opportunities, investment structures and strategic transactions.
While our ambitions are global, the foundations are already in place: an experienced team, established structures and a growing pipeline of opportunities. What comes next is growth, delivery and building upon those foundations.
What We Are Looking For
You may come from backgrounds such as:
• Venture capital or private equity fundraising;
• Placement agents;
• Family office coverage;
• Private banking and wealth management;
• Institutional sales and investor relations;
• Capital markets and alternative investments.
The common denominator is simple: You have successfully raised capital before.
Ideally, you can demonstrate:
• Approximate capital raised;
• Investor relationships originated, developed and converted;
• Successful fundraising mandates or transactions;
• Experience managing investor pipelines;
• Strong regional investor networks and market knowledge.
What You Will Do
• Develop and expand investor relationships and ecosystems across your markets;
• Support capital formation across funds, SPVs and selected transactions;
• Build and actively manage investor pipelines;
• Engage family offices, HNWIs, private banks and institutional investors;
• Identify opportunities, make introductions and create momentum within your markets;
• Work alongside investment and transaction teams to support successful outcomes.
The Type of Person Who Thrives Here
Success at Quatromine depends on initiative, credibility and follow-through. We provide the platform, opportunities, investment resources and support.
You bring the relationships, judgement and ownership needed to turn activity into outcomes.
You do not need to build everything from scratch. But neither do you wait for opportunities to be handed to you. You are proactive, resourceful and comfortable creating momentum rather than waiting for direction. You enjoy building trusted relationships, opening doors and helping others succeed along the way.
Compensation & Economics
Quatromine operates through a performance-oriented participation model designed to align economics with outcomes. This opportunity is best suited to entrepreneurial professionals motivated by long-term value creation rather than fixed compensation structures.
Participation may include:
• Success-based economics linked to fundraising outcomes;
• Participation in commercial mandates and opportunities;
• Access to centrally supported investor resources and opportunities;
• Participation in investment platforms and fund economics as they mature;
• Long-term carry, equity/options and broader platform participation opportunities, where applicable;
• The opportunity to build and lead regional teams as the platform expands.
If your primary objective is a fixed salary within a highly structured corporate environment, this opportunity is unlikely to be the right fit.
Interested?
Reach out and please share a brief overview covering:
• Approximate capital raised;
• Types of investors covered;
• Geographic focus;
• Years of fundraising experience;
• Examples of relevant mandates or transactions.
We would also love to understand what motivates you and why this type of opportunity resonates with you at this stage of your career.
Ownership. Discipline. Results. That's how meaningful things get built.
