What you’ll be doing:
1. Regular inspections of domestic properties or sites that have been given planning permission and visiting commercial properties.
2. Arranging own calendar to ensure that visits take place in a timely manner but also that all administrative tasks are completed
3. Establishing liability or entitlement to tax discount, exemption or reliefs, in line with legislation and policy.
4. Taking appropriate action where reliefs no longer apply.
5. Arranging appointments with landlords, agents, business owners, etc to gain access to premises.
6. Ensuring the database is accurate, complete and up-to-date.
7. Developing a network of relationships with developers and landlords in the area
8. Liaising with other agencies
What we’re looking for:
Essential Skills and Experience
9. Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
10. A proven track record in field based customer facing roles
11. Based in the South Oxfordshire region
12. IT literate and able to use handheld devices
