The Role - Part Time Office Administrator:

* Organising of files
* Managing emails
* Putting things onto XERO
* Reconciling
* Putting invoices onto the companies accounts system
* Sending invoices out
* Directing enquiries to the appropriate department
* Answering calls
* Resolving queries via phone & emails
* Maintaining the office
What our client is looking for in a Part Time Office Administrator:
*
* Previous experience in an office environment
* Ideally have experience within a Accounts role
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise workload
* Experience with Microsoft office products including outlook, excel and teams
* Excellent telephone manner
