About The Role

CRM Product Owner

This full-time post is available immediately on a permanent basis.

The starting salary will be from £43,482 on Grade F, depending on knowledge, skills and experience.

This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working - some time on campus and some from home.

You’ll be responsible for the enhancement of Business Technology applications, products and integrations within the PS Connect, including defining a compelling vision and leveraging the functionality to deliver benefits and help the business achieve its goal for the CRM products within your remit. PS Connect is the University's centralised professional services function, providing streamlined, integrated business support services across the institution.

You may act in the capacity of Product Owner or work with multiple Product Owners on Agile projects and ensure requirements for improvement are translated into appropriate plans, with time and costs, and activities are prioritised within a roadmap.


About You

* Proven experience as a CRM Product Owner or CRM Product Developer.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen understanding of customer needs.
* Experience documenting and prioritising requirements.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
* Agile mindset, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
