Resourcing Partner - Laing O'Rourke/Crown House technologies

What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing the full BMS project lifecycle from design through to commissioning and handover
* Overseeing subcontractors, suppliers, and internal delivery teams
* Ensuring the Schneider system is implemented effectively and in line with project requirements
* Managing programme, cost, quality, and technical deliverables
* Working closely with stakeholders across the wider project team
* Driving readiness for key milestones, witness testing, and final sign‑off
What We’re Looking For
* Strong experience managing BMS projects (ideally on large, complex schemes)
* Hands‑on capability with either Schneider systems, Tridium, Trend, etc.
* Proven ability to take ownership of programme, delivery, and technical coordination
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience on major construction, healthcare, education, or campus developments is a bonus
