We’re recruiting on behalf of a well established and fast growing main contractor with a strong track record in super prime residential and hospitality projects across London and the South East.
Our client is a privately owned main contractor who deliver high end residential and hotel schemes to the very highest standards of finish, with recent project values ranging from £15m to £70m.
The Role:
They are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a £25m+ Prime Residential project in Mayfair, London, W1.
The project involves the conversion of three luxury apartments into two duplex penthouses in an eight-storey building.
You’ll be responsible for:
* Leading the project on site
* Managing the construction programme, subcontractors, and delivery team
* Working closely with design and commercial teams to ensure quality, cost, and programme targets are met
* Representing the contractor in client meetings and maintaining strong communication throughout the project lifecycle
About You:
* Proven experience of Prime Residential projects is prerequisite
* Must be capable of delivering a project of this scale with full autonomy.
* Strong track record of managing schemes of £20m+ in value
* Comfortable taking full responsibility for on-site delivery, client liaison, and team leadership
