Your role
* Support the smooth running of housing services, ensuring compliance and safety
* Build positive relationships with residents, colleagues, volunteers, and the local community
* Assist with tenancy management and help residents understand their rights and responsibilities
* Support the Retirement Communities Manager with managing and marketing voids
* Promote social activities and encourage use of communal spaces
* Maintain accurate records and systems for effective service delivery
Your skills
* Passion for creating welcoming communities for older people
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Strong organisational and time management abilities
* Ability to lead and motivate staff and volunteers
* Experience in housing or a similar customer-focused environment
* Confident using IT systems
