Job Description
Core Focus:
The Web Content Executive will ensure the efficient and timely delivery of all digital team tasks. This role will act as a critical liaison for cross-departmental web-related projects, ensuring organic considerations are consistently integrated into all initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage website requests for the Organic Team, ensuring tasks are delivered on time and to specification.
* Coordinate with departments such as Product, Sales, and Marketing Operations to support website updates, technical enhancements, and new page requirements.
* Serve as the central point of contact for new web pages required outside of organic initiatives, ensuring alignment with SEO best practices (E-E-A-T, AI optimisation readiness) from the outset.
* Maintain accurate documentation for organic processes and project workflows.
* Facilitate clear communication channels within the Organic Team and with external stakeholders to manage expectations, dependencies, and project outcomes.
Key Competencies:
* Strong organisational and project management skills.
* Clear and effective communication, with the ability to liaise across multiple teams.
* Working knowledge of SEO principles and content optimisation strategies.
* Attention to detail with a structured approach to documentation and workflows.
* Proactive problem-solving and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
