Mencap is seeking Relief Support Workers to join our dedicated team in Trimley St Martin.
As a Relief Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. You will work with a diverse group of people, each with unique abilities and needs.
Your responsibilities include assisting with daily activities and providing emotional support, playing a vital role in their lives.
There are also opportunities to work at our other services in Woodbridge, Rushmere St Andrew, and Felixstowe.
What we're looking for:

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities

Shift times:
Our services provide 24-hour care. We prepare rotas at least 4 weeks in advance, allowing you to plan your personal and social life. There is also a non-contractual sleep-in option, with an enhanced flat rate payment of £62.45.
