Job Description
As an apprentice, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals, supporting IT systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and learning to maintain essential infrastructure. Whether you're a recent school leaver or looking for a career change, this program will provide the training and mentorship needed to thrive in the ever-evolving tech industry.
What you'll be handling:
* Providing 1st and 2nd line user support via calls and logged issues on the ticketing system.
* Managing and troubleshooting site-to-site and client-to-site VPNs using appropriate tools.
* Proactively identifying and addressing ongoing technical issues, analysing reports to pinpoint root causes, and working with the Development Team to implement solutions or deliver training.
* Escalating 3rd line issues while maintaining client communication until resolution.
* Assisting in the support and maintenance of networks and servers.
* Conducting Warehouse Control Systems code and module testing to support system upgrades and enhancements.
* Working towards your accreditation.
What you'll need:
* Minimum of 3 A-Levels
* A passion for IT
* self-driven and keen to learn
* Microsoft Office skills
* Proficient communication skills
