We’re looking for a Lead Architect to design and implement a cutting-edge, AI-powered dynamic pricing solution for a rapidly growing, tech-led organisation at the forefront of smart logistics and digital transformation.
This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a mission-critical product that will shape real-time pricing strategy across a diverse commercial portfolio. You’ll define the roadmap, build the capability, and lead the development of intelligent pricing systems that drive measurable impact.
🔍 What you’ll be doing:
* Create and execute a comprehensive roadmap for a real-time, AI-driven pricing and forecasting platform.
* Collaborate with business leaders to align pricing models with strategic objectives.
* Design and implement advanced models leveraging machine learning, forecasting, optimisation algorithms, and real-time data inputs.
* Incorporate external and internal data sources (e.g., market trends, customer behaviour, competitor analysis) to drive pricing decisions.
* Partner with enterprise architecture and data teams to ensure scalability, transparency, and regulatory compliance.
* Continuously assess impact through robust KPIs, and refine models to maximise performance.
* Stay ahead of the curve with emerging AI trends to ensure continued innovation and excellence.
💡 What we’re looking for:
* MSc/PhD in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field.
* Proven experience designing or delivering large-scale pricing, AI or recommendation systems.
* Deep technical knowledge of ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and big data tools (Spark, Hadoop).
* Demonstrated success in building business-critical, real-time algorithmic solutions.
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills – translating complexity into business value.
* A commercial, data-led mindset and a passion for solving real-world problems through innovation.
* Experience in designing data structures and working with high-volume data sets.
