Job Description
WORKING FROM HOME OR HYBRID - Our Sussex based SME client requires an experienced high calibre Finance Manager to join their friendly team, where you will lead a small team who are responsible for the financial management of the company. Reporting into the Chief Financial Officer, you will oversee the preparation of monthly consolidated accounting, communicating financial results to the Directors, playing a key role in the strategic development of the company.
Duties will include:
* Analysis and interpretation of KPI’s, variances & forecasting
* Prepare forecasts, plans and consolidated management information
* Preparation and presentation of reports to the Board
* Responsible for management of the balance sheet
* Ensure all payments are made on time
* Ensure invoices are dispatched on time
To apply for this role it is essential that you can demonstrate:
* A professional Accounting Qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) who possesses previous management experience
* Experienced at working through and developing strong teams and motivating a successful team to achieve results; must be effective at building relationships across the organisation, as well as externally
