Salary: £45,000 - 56,000 per year Requirements: Proven experience in business analysis within complex organisations, ideally Higher Education. Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience with process improvement, organisational change, and benefits realisation. Familiarity with delivery approaches such as Waterfall and Agile. Degree and/or professional qualification in Business Analysis or equivalent experience. Responsibilities: Build strong, strategic relationships across departments and manage stakeholder expectations. Lead workshops and visioning sessions to support strategic thinking and IT alignment. Analyse and document As-Is processes and design To-Be processes to enable effective change. Apply best-practice business analysis techniques, including requirements elicitation, stakeholder mapping, and options appraisal. Support organisational readiness for change and ensure benefits realisation. Promote innovation by identifying new opportunities, methods, and technologies. Maintain high standards of communication and collaboration across all levels of the organisation.
