The Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Programme Manager with strong expertise in accounting to lead the transition of a wide range of finance activities (including Purchase to Pay, Budget to Report, Order to Cash) into our international Business Service Centre. This is a high‑impact role, responsible for shaping the future delivery of Finance processes and transformation across the organisation. You will lead end‑to‑end transition activity, ensuring processes are migrated smoothly, embedded with robust controls, and fully integrated into the BSC to support a standardised, efficient and sustainable finance service model. Working closely with senior stakeholders across Finance, Operations and the BSC, you will play a key role in delivering a scalable, efficient finance operating model. What You'll Be Responsible For Leading the planning, coordination and execution of Finance process transitions into the BSC Ensuring strong governance, controls and documentation throughout the migration Managing cross‑functional stakeholder engagement across finance, operations and shared services Identifying risks, dependencies and improvement opportunities during transition Supporting operating model change and driving consistent ways of working Ensuring knowledge transfer and stabilisation of services post‑transition Skills & Experience Essential Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent) or able to demonstrate equivalent technical knowledge Proven experience leading finance transformation initiatives, including process migration or centralisation Strong understanding of accounting and wider finance operations Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams in complex environments Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills Structured, proactive approach to project and change delivery Desirable Project management qualification (APM, Prince2, Agile, PMP) Experience transitioning activities into a Shared Service Centre / BSC Knowledge of ERP systems and finance reporting tools Experience working within large, complex or multi‑site organisations Working Pattern & Travel The role is primarily office‑based, with flexibility to work from home when there's no need for in‑person meetings or specific on‑site project demands Some international travel may be required; a valid passport is essential
