On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to deliver event platforms on spec, on time and in budget. This role requires a highly motivated and hands-on individual with strong project management skills, excellent attention to detail and great communication skills to ensure our clients are always kept informed and receive a top-level service. Due to the nature of the role, we are looking for someone with a technical background.
Responsibilities will include:
* Carrying out the build of projects on our digital event platform to ensure event organisers, exhibitors and delegates maximise on the networking opportunities we offer.
* Offering professional guidance to clients to ensure we build a quality product that is suited to their events sector, users and objectives.
* Delivering presentations to clients and platform users and train on its functionalities to encourage engagement.
* Communicating with the Development team to keep up to date with platforms new features and recommend improvements.
* Communicating with the Customer Experience team to ensure they are familiar with each project and can deliver networking services effectively.
* Exceeding expectations in terms of product quality
* Ensuring that internal systems and processes are maintained
The Person
Our client is seeking a proactive, results-driven professional with strong communication and Project Management Experience
* Previous trade show experience is preferrable
* Great communication and presentation skills
* Effective planning and organisation
* Confident building relationships with clients and their partners/customers
* Ability to work under pressure
* Flexibility to work in different time zones when required
* Strong problem-solving skills / engineering background
* Keen interest xsngvjr in data manipulation would be useful

Monday Friday 9am 5pm

The Salary
£30-35,000
