Job Duties:
1. Plan, prepare and deliver engaging art lessons to students
2. Develop and implement art curriculum in line with educational standards
3. Assess and evaluate students' progress and provide feedback
4. Encourage creativity and artistic expression among students
5. Organise and supervise art projects and exhibitions
6. Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support students' learning
Required Qualifications:
7. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
8. Degree in Art Education or related field
9. Knowledge of art history, techniques, and materials
10. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
11. Ability to inspire and motivate students
Education:
12. Degree in Art Education or related field
13. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience:
14. Previous experience teaching art in a school setting
15. Demonstrated ability to engage and inspire students
Knowledge and Skills:
16. Understanding of art curriculum and educational standards
17. Proficiency in various art techniques and mediums
18. Strong classroom management skills
19. Ability to assess and evaluate student progress effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
20. Postgraduate qualification in Art Education
21. Experience in organising art events and exhibitions
