THE OPPORTUNITY A Legal Director role within the Manchester Real Estate team, working closely with Partners on complex, high-value commercial property matters. Lead on major acquisitions, disposals, development and investment transactions for a broad client base including developers, investors, funds, occupiers and public sector bodies. Take responsibility for managing matters end-to-end, acting as the key day-to-day contact for clients. Work collaboratively with colleagues across a range of related practice areas, supporting a multi-disciplinary approach to client matters. Play an active role in mentoring and supervising junior lawyers within the team. Contribute to business development and the continued growth of the Manchester real estate practice. Operate at a market-facing level within a well-established and ambitious team. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE A real estate lawyer with strong experience in commercial property, development / investment work.
