✅ What We’re Looking For

We welcome candidates from a variety of backgrounds. Whether you have formal education experience or transferable skills from another sector, we’ll support the right person.

The ideal candidate will:

* Have experience supporting children with EBD, SEMH, ASD, ADHD, or behavioural needs

* Stay calm and consistent under pressure

* Communicate clearly and build positive relationships

* Be a team player who takes initiative

* Understand safeguarding and the importance of inclusion
