Main Accountabilities:
1. Site planning: Plans on-site project activities related to the assigned discipline with Site Manager or Site Construction Manager, including local resources, equipment, and milestones. Coordinates agreements between customer and external resources on installation/construction targets, health and safety requirements, site organization, and policy.
2. Site coordination and monitoring: Responsible for coordinating all on-site activities related to the assigned discipline, from receiving the site area to handover, ensuring successful execution of start-up, installation, erection, testing, and commissioning activities in alignment with contract specifications, quality standards, schedule, and safety requirements.
3. Stakeholder relations: Acts as a project representative, building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and local organizations.
4. Health, safety, environment (HSE), and project security: Ensures a detailed and up-to-date construction H&S plan is in place, compliant with company policies. Promotes health and safety considerations among project partners and is empowered to suspend activities in case of violations. Ensures proper handling, storage, and installation of equipment, coordinating logistics for timely delivery.
5. Sub-contractors: Manages on-site sub-contractors to ensure quality and progress meet standards and delivery deadlines.
6. Site cost management: Monitors project site costs, manages petty cash, and has delegated authority for local purchasing within limits.
7. Documentation: Maintains and updates all project documentation, ensuring the latest revisions are used.
8. People leadership and development: Ensures the team is well-organized, staffed, skilled, and motivated. Guides and develops team members, and manages local site facilities and logistics.
Summary: Supervises a team in executing tasks within an assigned area, coordinating work assignments, and conducting performance reviews.
We seek candidates with several years of experience as a Site Supervisor, with strong expertise in Site Management, HSE, Environment, QA/QC, Installation, and basic knowledge of Commissioning and Civil Works.
