If you're driven by relationship-building, commercial strategy, and the satisfaction of winning business in a competitive market, this role could offer the step-up you’ve been working towards. This is your chance to lead the development of a strategically important territory—focusing on a mix of existing managed accounts and new business across the South-East and London. You’ll be instrumental in delivering growth within an advanced energy and control services division, combining commercial expertise with technical insight to offer intelligent solutions across property, FM, and end-user markets. Your influence will span both account development and new business acquisition. You’ll identify routes to market, shape tailored client strategies, and play a key part in helping regional and national teams exceed commercial goals. This isn’t just about selling a product—it’s about shaping service offerings, building long-term client partnerships, and being the go-to expert in a market that’s evolving fast. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and execute a robust sales strategy focused on South-East/London accounts and new business * Manage and grow existing regional accounts, ensuring consistent client engagement and performance * Identify new routes to market through FM providers, management agents, and direct end users * Deliver capital and recurring revenue growth in line with business targets * Produce client-specific Account Development Plans and monthly/quarterly reports * Own the full bid process and support technical and commercial submissions * Work cross-functionally with technical support, project delivery, and regional teams * Promote solutions and services with a customer-first approach, aligning with regulatory and market requirements * Build long-term relationships with key clients, consultants, and strategic partners What You'll Bring: * Extensive experience in a target-driven sales role within the BMS, energy, or FM sectors * Proven record of delivering business growth through both new and existing accounts * Strong commercial awareness and a consultative approach to solution sales * Deep understanding of building energy systems, smart technologies, and commercial frameworks * Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills * Strategic thinking paired with hands-on delivery—comfortable from plan creation to contract close * Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, and sales/financial systems * Ability to work autonomously while collaborating across multiple departments * Strong network of existing relationships with contractors, consultants, or end users in the region If you're looking to lead client growth in a high-impact commercial role—where your sales expertise, sector knowledge, and strategic thinking are truly valued—this is a rare opportunity to take ownership and thrive.
