Job Description:
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Talent Acquisition Advisor will work with a variety of stakeholders across the business from store leadership, healthcare central operations and Retail Business Partners to manage a high volume of Optical and Pharmacy vacancies that require both proactive sourcing and reactive volume candidate management.As the go-to sourcing specialist for your function you will find and confidently engage candidates from a variety of industries and backgrounds. You will proactively build talent pipelines, share best practice and support your hiring managers to ensure we have the right talent, right place, right time.

Job Responsibilities:
* You are credible, internally and externally, influencing and advising as appropriate, challenging the status quo
* You are self-motivated with exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills, retail is fast paced and you will have to prioritise and communicate effectively
* You’ll have a strong recruitment background, gained within an agency or in-house
* Providing a best in class experience to candidates, hiring managers and internal stakeholders will come naturally to you
* With a passion for all things ‘sourcing’, you will constantly be developing your skillset and are excited by emerging technology that enables you to do your job better and easier
* You make data driven decisions, spotting trends and insights to inform judgement and best advise the business and stakeholders
* You’re proactive and solution orientated, facing challenges head-on and are driven to deliver
* Experience of recruiting in Optical or Pharmacy would be desirable, but not essential, what’s more important is your true passion
