Property managers are at the heart of our business. They are responsible for ensuring that our
tenants, landlords and properties are properly looked after, from first letting right through to
the return of the deposit.
As a Property Manager at Zenko Properties, your role would be diverse and varied, both desk
and field based and centered around the intelligent and efficient management of workload,
processes and a busy schedule.

Key Property Manager responsibilities:
• Carry out property inspections using industry 'software'
• Instruct condition of let maintenance as required using preferred contractors
• Issue industry contracts to tenants using a company format and perusing for signature
• Move tenants into the property following company check in procedure
* Manage all queries from tenants from move in through to bond return.
• To be responsible for accurately recording all information collated from a telephone
conversation or email onto the database, so that every phone call is logged.
• Liaise with tenants and landlords, to provide an excellent service, by understanding and
qualifying issues, supporting tenants to resolve issues that fall within householder
responsibilities and negotiating with contractors to ensure best value and quality on behalf
of the landlord.
• Ensure you have a full set of working keys for every property in the portfolio. Arrange access
and prepare the relevant keys each day.
• To arrange and carry out routine property inspections and organise subsequent remedial
works. To continually update the computer database.
• Ensuring our database correctly reflects the position of the portfolio of properties at all
times.
• Review and approve or query contractor invoices.
• At the termination of a tenancy to carry out the final inspection/inventory check out process
and to organise any necessary remedial work to restore the property to a rentable condition
as soon as possible.
• Propose bond deductions using industry standards to tenant and communicate with
landlord
• To collect invoices and input all documentation to the database so that the bond can be
distributed correctly.
• Out of office appointments including inspections, inventories.
• To keep the office and your own environment tidy and organized.
• Perform any other duties which from time to time may be required to ensure the smooth
running of the branch and company.
