Technical Account Manager | Bristol | Permanent | Up to £45,000 basic + bonus + car allowance
Peaple Talent are partnering with a tech focused consultancy business in Bristol looking to recruit a Technical Account Manager.
In this position, the successful candidate will be the single point of contact, driving customer-centric relationships and grow sales within their accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Take ownership of building strong, enduring, and profitable customer relationships, including handling escalation issues appropriately.
* Coordinate communications and activities with both internal departments and external parties.
* Guarantee that each client has a clearly defined and robust account development plan tailored to their needs.
* Build collaborative, strategic customer relationships based on mutual value and trust.
* Gain deep insights into each customer’s specific business requirements.
* Expand existing accounts and increase profitability though thoughtful growth strategies.
* Leverage our clients’ services to consistently deliver high-quality, customer-focused experiences.
* Create and evolve key customer engagement strategies and manage the lifecycle of customer contracts.
* Spot emerging trends and potential business opportunities within client accounts.
* Possess a comprehensive grasp of contractual elements and commercial frameworks.
* Represent our client professionally in the market and internally, reflecting their values and commitment to outstanding client outcomes.
* Collaborate directly with customers to co-develop strategic plans.
* Seek out and pursue new opportunities offer value-added services and drive revenue growth.
* Track and report key performance indicators and milestones regularly.
* Present proposals and updates in person or virtually, as required.
Key Experience Required:
* Demonstrated success in client-facing or account management roles.
* Able to navigate complex situations with tact, demonstrating emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
* Skilled in delivering impactful and engaging presentations.
* Strong written and spoken communication abilities, consistently maintaining a professional tone.
* Naturally inquisitive, detail-oriented, and strong in critical thinking.
* Goal-oriented and driven by performance, with a strong desire to succeed.
* Capable of managing time effectively, setting priorities, and staying organized while working independently.
* Comfortable building professional client relationships and overseeing account performance with confidence.
* Ability to discuss the Microsoft technology ecosystem, and staying up to date with new tech trends.
* Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools, including day-to-day use and troubleshooting.
* Background in IT Managed Services.
