Job Description
* To positively support the Care Manager and the Registered Manager in providing leadership to the care staff and service delivery.
* To be able to receive information and process it in line with policies and procedures of the organisation.
* To have responsibility for leading, supporting and facilitating the daily care needs of Service Users.
* To be able to co-ordinate and schedule care services such as Rotas and annual leave in line with service policies and procedures.
* To be able to communicate, bridge between clients, families and care givers
* To support senior management in the delivery of high-quality care and support, and to deputise when required.
* To maintain skills at a current level and undertake required training and development.
* To be able to respond to complaints and incidents in line with the organisation's policies and procedures.
* To perform in accordance with standards in line with At Home Support Services policies and procedures and to follow legislative requirements, relevant regulations and accepted best practice.
* To positively contribute to the compliance processes of fundamental standards of the Healthcare and Social Care Act 2014
Working hours: 8am to 5pm, 40 hours per week
Full UK driving licence and access to your own car.
Previous Coordinator experience advantageous.
Previous Senior experience essential.
