Job Profile: Trainee Residential Surveyor Programme

Eligibility criteria:
To be considered, you should be eligible for the 1-year route to AssocRICS accreditation and have a strong knowledge of Residential Building Pathology. The criteria include:
* A RICS or CIOB accredited degree or postgraduate qualification, plus at least one year of relevant work experience.
* A RICS-approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC, or foundation degree, plus at least two years of relevant experience.
* More than four years of relevant experience.
