Accounts Payable Assistant | Up to £32,000 salary | Full-time Position | Chichester
Natures Way Foods is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Assistant to join our finance team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for accuracy and a proactive approach to managing supplier invoices and payments. You'll be part of a collaborative and fast-paced environment at one of the UK’s leading fresh food manufacturers, where your contribution helps keep our operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities
7. Ensure accurate recording of invoices and payment
8. Liaise with business stakeholders to assist with purchase queries, supplier queries and new account requirements
9. Regularly reconcile supplier statement balances and understand movements
10. Delivery of specific transactional finance month end close areas
11. Provide finance operational support to the business as required
12. To work collaboratively with senior stakeholders within and outside of finance
Experience required
13. Either AAT Level 3 minimum or previous experience in accounts payable
14. Can maintain high attention to detail within a high-volume invoice processing function
15. Accurate data capture is second nature to you
16. Can demonstrate logical and methodical thinking to solve problems
