Based in Huddersfield, you will be joining a family run business as they continue to go through growth. Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm, a salary basic of £26-28k will be offered along with the option to progress further Job duties include: Process and reconcile a high volume of transactions Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation Generate and send invoices to customers/suppliers Ensure accuracy of all invoice details, including pricing, quantities and terms Follow up on overdue payments Liaise with the sales team regarding customer credit issues Assist with bank reconciliations Requirements: Experience or knowledge within an accounts assistant role is advantageous Knowledge of Sage accounting software is again advantageous Good attention to detail Reasons to apply: Family run business Open to progress further Thriving working environment This is a rare position that has come available within a family run business.
