Service Care Solutions is recruiting on behalf of well-known professional law firm based in West Yorkshire.
They are looking for a NQ-3 years PQE Employment Solicitor and are paying a competitive salary of £30,000 - £60,000 annum DOE.
The successful candidate will join a team dealing with both contentious and non‑contentious employment law matters. This is a good opportunity for professional development and managing own caseload under supervision.
Roles and Responsibilities as an Employment Solicitor:
Draft, Review and advise on employment-related documentation: Contracts of employment, Policies, Staff handbooks, disciplinary/grievance procedures and settlement agreements.
Advising on the terms and effect of settlement agreements
Billing files and obtaining monies due to the firm from the clients and other parties.
Dealing with client enquiries
About you as an Employment Solicitor:
Ability to learn quickly
Accurate communication to produce clear and accurate letter and legal documents
Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive either NQ – 3 years PQE in employment law.
