Overview
The role involves working with young people with a range of complex presenting problems and will include direct therapeutic work. We offer an environment where you can learn and further develop your skills. Supervision is available from within the team to support you. We have regular education sessions led by different members of the multi-disciplinary team and visiting professionals to keep us updated with the latest clinical knowledge. The team is keen to continue developing and to ensure we offer the best possible service to the young people we work with. We are looking for motivated people with good interpersonal and communication skills, enthusiasm and drive, for working with children and their families during difficult times in terms of mental health and well-being.

Responsibilities
* Working as a registered practitioner with a client group with stable needs, under supervision.
* The management of a defined caseload with the support and supervision.
* Responsible for the joint assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of service user care packages, in consultation with the Care Co-ordinator.
* To work toward and participate in the model of care appropriate to the area, i.e. social inclusion and recovery with the service user. To identify any carers involved and ensure statutory obligations are met.
* The post holder will be responsible for a delegated caseload.
