Facilities Manager | West Malling, Kent | £45,000 - £55,000
My client, a leading UK-based distributor, are currently seeking a Facilities Manager to join them on a permanent basis. This role will be responsible for maintaining safe, high-quality facilities and ensuring the smooth operation of building infrastructure.
Role and Responsibilities:
Maintain facilities to high standards, ensuring safety and functionality
Manage maintenance contracts, vendors, and contractors
Oversee facilities team and cleaning schedules
Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance
Conduct regular inspections, resolve issues proactively
Manage office/site moves and refurbishment projects
Hands-on minor repairs as required
Essential Skills:
5+ years’ experience of proven facilities management experience
Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations, ideally hold IOSH or NEBOSH
Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to operational excellence
Comfortable managing contractors and rolling up sleeves for practical task
Package:
£45,000 - £55,000 per annum
