Customer Support & Administration (6-Month Fixed-Term Contract) Location: Chandlers Ford Salary: £24,750 per annum, Plus Fantastic benefits Hours : Full time, Monday to Friday 37.5 About the Role My client is seeking a proactive and highly organised Customer Service Advisor & Administrator to coordinate both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive service works carried out by a team of subcontractors. The successful candidate will ensure all work is booked and attended to within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), providing exceptional support to a technical team and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong focus on customer service. You'll liaise closely with Clients Subcontractors, Field Line Managers, and Service Managers to ensure service delivery standards are met and exceeded. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule all planned and reactive maintenance with subcontractors, Making outbound calls to clients to arrange for technicians to attend site and complete servicing appointments. Manage multiple diaries to schedule in work to be completed. Maintain accurate records of all scheduled work, attendance confirmations, and service documentation. Escalate potential delays or SLA breaches promptly to management. Deliver exceptional customer service through professionalism and proactive problem-solving. Ensure all account data is updated accurately on the system. To complete all round administration. About You Essential: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service ,co-ordinating or scheduling. Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multi-task and work under pressure. High attention to detail and a professional telephone manner. Customer-focused, approachable, and responsive. You must be prepare to complete a 6 month contract Desirable: Experience within facilities management or a similar industry. Strong Excel and data analysis skills. Commercial awareness and an innovative approach to problem-solving.
