Sales Account Manager

Based – Operating out of Sandycroft Deeside on a full-time basis.

Salary – Highly attractive - £ 45k per annum – plus commission and bonus.

Company Car, Mobile phone, laptop, etc., all to be provided.

About the role:

TES are looking to appoint a Sales Account Manager. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key clients, overseeing the sales activities for TES customers across the UK.

This role involves strategic planning, driving business growth, and ensuring client satisfaction while meeting or exceeding sales targets.

The role runs alongside an existing sales team and reports to the Commercial Manager, supported by some lead generation activities, and industry experts within the business to supplement your knowledge.

Responsibilities – but not limited to:

Build and maintain long-term relationships with national accounts, ensuring client retention, satisfaction and growth of spend.

The primary point of contact for key clients.

Making and receiving inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote our services.

Regularly meet with clients to review performance, identify opportunities, and discuss future business.

Follow up on leads and maintain engagement throughout the sales cycle along with upselling or cross-sell additional services based on customer profiles along with maintaining relationships with clients to encourage repeat business

Proactively reaching out to potential and existing customers to promote TES's, while also handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Generate and feed leads, by contacting potential new customers to drive new sales.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of services.

Achieving client relationship targets and KPI's as set by the business.

Collaborate with the Team to identify and target new business opportunities.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximise profitability.

Provide regular reports on sales performance, account activity, and forecast future business growth.

Work closely with internal teams, such as Operations and Finance to facilitate the organisation of jobs and the commercials of individual clients.

Identify key opportunities to upsell and cross-sell within existing national accounts.

Experience and qualifications required for the role:

Past experience in sales and national account management

Proven track record of success in sales, strategic account management, and driving revenue growth.

Experience negotiating large-scale contracts and working with national clients

Skills and behaviours:

Strong leadership and team player skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Knowledge of industry trends and the competitive landscape.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.

Flexibility to travel to various client and company sites as per business needs.

Full UK Driving licence
