Business Development Manager – SheffieldSalary: £55,000 plus bonus
Key Benefits
* Competitive salary of £50,000 – £60,000 per annum
* Car allowance circa £5,000

* 8‑5 working with a 4pm Friday finish
Role & Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue opportunities within the construction sector
* Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, architects and the supply chain
* Maximise opportunities on frameworks
* Monitor tenders, PQQs and tenders' submissions
* Attend client meetings, site visits and networking events
* Prepare and present presentations when needed
* Liaise with the estimating / commercial team to maximise and win work

Required Knowledge & Experience
* Previous experience in construction business development
* Preferably within the commercial construction sectors such as hospitals, schools etc.
* Full UK driving license
