Salary: £45,000 - 45,000 per year Requirements: We require a degree in Business, Finance, Maths, or equivalent experience in data analysis. We require experience in data visualisation, mining, and deep-dive analysis to generate insight. We require advanced Excel skills, including VBA/Macros, and experience with tools such as Power BI and SQL. We require strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decisions. We require a self-starter mindset with excellent prioritisation and communication skills. We require the ability to work independently and manage your own diary. We require flexibility to travel to meet us in the North East from time to time, if based elsewhere. Responsibilities: We lead national analysis to identify trends and root causes that drive performance. We create forecasting and predictive models to spot risks and opportunities early. We turn complex data into clear insight that influences senior decision-makers. We build processes that share learning and best practice across regions. We act as the operational voice, linking commercial drivers to real-world impact. We shape the direction of the role and help drive meaningful change. We work in a hybrid way, spending two days per week in our central Newcastle office or another local office if needed.
